A very good chair for the price (especially when it is on sale). When in the locked position the chair is stable and no backward sway. It is sturdy and resisit lateral sway as well. The adjustable arms are a plus in this design.

Things are not exactly lined up after assembly Assembly was straight forward and basically easy how ever upon closer inspection the supports for the armrests are different distances from the seat even though set the same per the mounting holes. The foam in the seat could be denser to support without bottoming out.
