This packaging had the most clear and easy to understand assembly instructions of any item I've ever bought.

Material doesn't last

We bought this chair around a year and a half ago. The material on the back of the chair is peeling off. Chair was comfy but now looks awful. I would not recommend. Didn't even last two years. See the pictures as they speak for themselves.

Good service in purchasing this chair. I purchased the floor model since I liked the way it felt and I needed a chair right away - did not want to wait for delivery or someone to put it together. The salesperson was willing to work with me.
