The Tech Richard Osso put the chair together in a jiffy. He was extremely polite and and wore a mask as I had requested. This was very good for me because neither I or my husband could have assembled it outselves.

Didn't last long before it ripped

Purchased this chair January 2022. Thank goodness I bought the protection plan with it because by April it had ripped along the seam in the center of the seat. And not just a little either. Received a refund on the chair...but don't think I'll buy another one.

I was in the store and found the chair I needed ASAP as well as ink cartridges. At checkout was offered a 3 yr full warranty accepted and was out the door. When I got home if it wasn't for numerous robo-calls I would have put the chair together effortlessly. Store clerk (don't recall his name) was helpfull and knowledgeable
