We bought a few chairs from Staples/other store earlier in the similar price range and thought this would be similar and live up to our moderate expectation based on the description and good reviews hence ordered a couple without trying first in store. Delivery was very fast and I quickly assembled one. Assembly was a breeze and I couldn't wait to sit on it. But ... what a disappointment! This is not comfortable at all and Is a far cry from the ones we bought before. A few things we quickly noticed: 1. armrest is quite low; 2. shoulder/head support is very weak; 3. not enough cushioning and feels like sitting on a hard chair with a shabby/uneven matt definitely not comparable with the ones we bought before. It's not ergonomically designed and I don't think one can sit on this for 5 hours as boasted in the description. Plan to return the other unopened one and go to store to hunt for a better model.
