I had a chair just like this one at my last office and when I found the supplied chairs at my new office didn't suit me I opted to buy one of these on my own dime. Very nice chair and with opting in on the 3 year warranty the price dropped to a surprisingly low level... Wow. The customer service I received from the store manager was great too!

I have been away and just had the chair put together. I am a 78 yr old woman and put it together myself. the instructions were easy and I had no problems. I just hope what I thought is tight is actually tight. felt good to me.
