The chair looks good with comfort but it came with a caster wheel missing. When i called and requested the product support for replacement part they said yes but its going to take 5-10 business days so I cannot use the chair untill then.

After I brought the chair home I realized the arms were too low for me. Also the back of the chair was too tall. I returned the chair and ordered an exact duplicate of the chair I have had for 8 years from the Staples web site.

Assembly issues

I have had the chair for two weeks now. It is comfortable and good looking. The assembly directions were illustrated very well couldn't ask for better except they DIDN'T WORK FOR ME. Following the directions to the letter I could not get the back to set correctly with the seat. I ended taking and / or loosening everything until it all fit as it should. This is the reason I gave it 4 stars and not five.
