I bought this in Nov 2021 on sale and they offerred me discounted 3yr warranty. 9 months after it starts making squeaky noise from the wheels and when i turn the swivel. Also the seams on where I sit now has torn apart. good thing they refund me with full credit but I’d rather not buy from their store brand again. Oh well you get what you paid for.

The chair is nicely padded and comfortable but the arms are a few inches too low. Try it while using a desk not just sitting in it in front of nothing.

The chair seems to be made well so far. I didn’t want to spend a lot on the chair and this one on sale fit the bill. The only down side is I wish the seat was a little wider my phone clip hits the arms every time

I have only had the chair for a week but it is comfortable. It looks a lot like my previous chair that I bought from Staples 20 years ago for $100. I hope it is as durable. Delivery was on the promised. Assembly was easy. Total time to assemble was about 40 minutes for one person. A second person would expedite the assembly.
