We loved the product but had a bad experience

We ordered this chair for our dad for his birthday. I ended up getting charged nine times for this chair. No not twice. Nine times! Since I used my bank information the money came out of my account while these 9 charges were pending. I was unable to access MY money during this time. I called and spoke with several representatives while these charges were pending. They were unable to cancel it for almost a week. The only thing staples offered to do was give me a five dollar credit towards my next purchase with them. Even though my dad loved the chair it was not worth the stress. I will not be shopping through Staples again.
