I had it for a week and it's been an upgrade from my old chair and is comfortable. I would give an A- for the setup instructions. The only thing that went wrong is when I got the box it was missing almost all of the key parts outside of the actual set back and arms. Went back to the store and they provided the missing items so that cost me a day.

Sherrie and DJ were very helpful in selecting this chair and suggested the warranty as well. The assembly was relatively easy and I'm now sitting in it as I type this. Its a lot warmer than my previous chair and it does not squeak at all (happy wife)
