The chair was easy to assemble and supports my back and neck. I would have liked the option to have it tilt back also.

This chair split after my son had it for about 6 or 7 months. He doesn't use it often and only weighs about 125 pounds. Very disappointed!

Misaligned predrilled holes & fasteners that would not tighten forced me to return the first chair & buy a second. That one was assembled well by Staples & is perfect for my purposes. Sloppy construction but a good recovery by Staples.
