I love this chair!!! I had ordered a chair from a different company before this and they sent me the base model of the one I wanted. It wasn't comfortable at all. I needed a pillow behind my back and I didn't wanted to do that so I sent it back. I went to Staples in my town and sat in this chair and it just fit me right and so comfortable that I knew it was the right chair for me!!

Chair is smaller than it seems online. Seat bottom is much shorter than other chairs and has padding that is too stiff to be comfortable. Brand new out of the box and chair does not compress/decompress without a popping noise. Also does not recline very far but not the biggest issue.

This chair is in the mid range for quality and eeds a little TLC when putting together. You do need 2 people for the back as you can pull out the screw section under the leather if you try to do it yourself and the back slips. We'll see how it lasts long term.

It is properly assembled but the screw holes must be off from the design by a little? I don’t want to have to return and reassemble another one but the value is not as good due to this.
