Very nice chair attractive seems sturdy. When it was delivered the box had broken open on both ends- it had a few pieces of tape holding it together but thankfully nothing was missing. It shipped in its own box that had staples At the flaps & seam and no tape on it . The shipping company added their own tape to try to keep it together.

Nice chair love the low back support in it. Good height adjustment for us leggy people. Wish it came in more colors. Could use tilt control for the price. For the record I was only offered Grey. I would have loved to have gotten brown. Recommend.

Is it possible to get a replacement gas shock? Because mine is running out of gas! The rest of the chair is still in great shape after almost 3 years and I really don't want to send it to the landfill.
