Wow....this item arrived faster than expected. Got an email that it was delayed and it actually showed up as first advised. My other chair was not usable so I was happy to start putting it together. The first thing I noticed was the easy to follow instructions. Great. So simple. However I would suggest one change and that is attaching the armrests to the seat and back before putting the seat on the rolling base. Or wait to put the castors on last. Chasing it around the room to attach the last arm rest was like a comedy sketch. It was the only point I had to have help.

I like this chair and this is the third one I have bought. It is pretty easy to put together once you figure out about the cups that go around the adjustable cylinder. The chair is comfortable but I wished it raised up a little more so I could use it at both work stations. I would definitely encourage people looking for an office chair to purchase this one.

Received the chair within a few days from Staples.. instructions were well thought out as were the individual packets containing screws and all labeled according to use. Only difficulty was installing the back of the chair by myself could’ve used an extra person but I managed. Very comfortable.. good purchase!
