I really like this chair! It was very easy to put together with the parts easily labeled. One suggestion which isn't mentioned is that you don't completely tighten the lower are screws until after you lay the top of the chairback down. It makes it so much easier!

The chair will do for my purpose however I expected it to have a lumbar support which is does not have and the tilt feature is very stiff no matter how far I turn the wheel in each direction.

Comfortable good lumbar support attractive in office setting. I gave it 4 stars because tilt-back is pretty stiff; but it's not broken in yet so I expect it will be just fine. I would definitely recommend this chair.

I am a woman in her 70's. This chair is so comfortable and easy to put together. The price was very reasonable. This is a very good product. I would recommend it to anyone. I checked other stores but came back to Staples because they had the best chair for me.
