The chair was nice and as expected. Assembly was difficult due to a bolt being deformed. I returned to Staples and a staffer replaced the bolt with one from another box. Directions were weak with no attention to sequencing and practical details.

Order mine on-line and the dekivery was quick with n ok problems. The assembly instructions were clear making it "sit ready" in less than 15 minutes. It is comfortable and impressive at our desk. An excellent purchase. I've grown to expect no less from Staples. They never disappoint.

This chair is more comfortable than some that were twice the price I paid. It’s just the right size for my home office. Love it!
