The chair was nice and as expected. Assembly was difficult due to a bolt being deformed. I returned to Staples and a staffer replaced the bolt with one from another box. Directions were weak with no attention to sequencing and practical details.

We bought 11 of these and for the price they are a pretty decent chair! We had a few with some strings where the stitching was coming off but it didn't have an effect on the integrity of the chair. Easy to put together. I wouldn't recommend as an all day chair but they work great for conference rooms or client chairs.
