The chair is well built as well as being of quality design. It is easy to operate and was quite simple to assemble. Instructions were laid out in an easy 1 2 3 format that anyone should be able to follow. So far so good. No complaints.

We bought this chair as a replacement for one of our employees and within the first month she started sitting on a pillow. After a less than a year the chair is completely unusable. It is like sitting on a brick or a steel pipe. Zero Cushioning!! Terrible chair!!!

Great chair for a great price. Very comfy and well made so glad we didn't go with those Big box stores. This chair is sturdy is built to last and is easy to put together. Hubby had it up within 15 min or less out of the box. And the shipping was perfect bright and early at my door the very next day. Def. a pleasant experience and a great buy!
