Bought this chair as a gift for my getting-on-in-years" sister. She uses it as a "reading" chair not for sitting at a desk. She loves the look and comfort of it. However within 2 days of using the chair the seat wasn't staying at the height "locked in". It would sink a couple of inches whenever she would sit down. I know it can be fixed but she will now need to get someone to help her take it back to the store etc. As she stated "when you buy something "new" it should stay "new" for more than 2 days."

I just picked up this chair on Saturday. I'm surprised by the review that had trouble with the assembly. I'm 75 (female) and it only took me an hour to put it together. The only difficulty was lining up the holes to attach the arms but with a flashlight I was able to do it. So far the chair is great! I love the way the seat cushion supports my legs. Much more comfortable than my old chair.
