everything needed to put chair together was included and easy to work with. all parts fit together well. if arms were marked left & right it would have saved some time & confusion.I give the chair five stars. Larry

This chair was by far the most comfortable and looks great in my home office. It was very easy to assemble and seems durable. It definitely has not been disappointing. Five star rating is definitely warranted.

This chair is perfect for my low desk. I’d also like to shout out Teal the young lady who helped me at Staples on Camelback in Phoenix! Excellent service.
