I am 1000% pleased with this product. I am visually challenged and thought it was going to be complicated to put it together. Kudos to Staples for having all of the instructions appear in picture form. I put it together by myself in about half an hour. I wish there were a provision for me to include a picture of my chair after I put it together but I see no such option. I would definitely recommend this product.

Poor tilting

The chair does not tilt back as far as other chairs and seems about 75% as much as others. Can't quite stay back in tilted position. Also the spring adjustment under the front of the seat still has too much tension despite being as loose as allowed and I am a taller and heavier man. Still would not stay tilted even if there was no tension.

Had chair since March of 2022. The hydrolocks begin failing in March of 2023 and now the chair stays in the lower position. Nice chair but only lasted a year
