A bit disappointing.

Bought this chair as a gift for my getting-on-in-years" sister. She uses it as a "reading" chair not for sitting at a desk. She loves the look and comfort of it. However within 2 days of using the chair the seat wasn't staying at the height "locked in". It would sink a couple of inches whenever she would sit down. I know it can be fixed but she will now need to get someone to help her take it back to the store etc. As she stated "when you buy something "new" it should stay "new" for more than 2 days."

The chairs look and work great…the simple instructions vs the illustrations were a bit confusing. Out of multiple thousands…I probably received the only one with two holes covered with the leather material!
