Having a bad back and having to sit long hours at my computer is not a good combination. This chair is the first one I've ever had at home that makes it bearable. I like the way the back goes all the way down to meet the seat instead of having a space. There's good support but not too hard. I added a good lumbar support cushion and this does the trick. And the arms are the right height. I once had a very good chair except that the arms were too high. I highly recommend this chair.
