Having a bad back and having to sit long hours at my computer is not a good combination. This chair is the first one I've ever had at home that makes it bearable. I like the way the back goes all the way down to meet the seat instead of having a space. There's good support but not too hard. I added a good lumbar support cushion and this does the trick. And the arms are the right height. I once had a very good chair except that the arms were too high. I highly recommend this chair.

One of the bolt holes is defective so we are using only three bolts.

One of the predrilled bolt holes is off and the bolt cannot be screwed into it. We are using this brand new chair with only three bolts. Poor quality.
