I purchased this chair because I used the same model at work and loved it. I got it home & it was ok for a few months; then the seat started to tilt forward & I could not adjust it. Very frustrating & hard to sit in all day when that happens. Not sure what was different between the in office & home office chairs. Had to buy a completely different brand & model.

I purchase chairs from Staples because of the seven-year warranty. The company replaces components on the chairs for up to seven years with no questions asked. It is the best deal I have found. I had another chair but the warranty expired so I bought a new one.
