I am very unsatisfied with this office chair While it looks nice and is comfortable it does not mechanicallywork well. The gas lift and seat plate do not keep the seat up and it keeps sinking to its lowest setting.

The look of the chair. is pretty nice. It does seem to sit back properly. I am hoping this one will last as long as my old chair and after I use it a while it will 'break in' a bit more and become more comfortable.

Saw the chair on the floor and asked if they had any in stock; staff looked all over but couldn’t find the one I wanted. Right away he said he could order it on line and have it delivered the next day at no cost. Easy process and the chair was there the next day as promised. Easy assembly with easy to follow directions. Highly recommend.
