The hardware screws are color coded such that you can make sure you're putting the correct ones in the correct holes but they will only go into the holes up to the colored paint on each one. So we can't get it together! We called. They sent us a new hardware set. Same problem. So we're going to have to take it back to the store for assembly. :-(

My chair arrived and my teenage son and I put it together in 30 minutes. I would have given 5 stars except that the button to adjust the chair is located on the side of the chair and awkward. Other than that I love it. The chair is rated for 3-5 hours in the chair but I have sat in the chair for 10 hours plus and got up only to refill my drink. The color is beautiful and a great addition to my home office.

I took my time and assembled myself. It will not wear out like my leather chair ruined by my grandson playing his video games. The price was perfect! It is very comfortable. I am a woman 5'9 and weighing 170lbs. It looks exactly like the picture and fits well in my very small extra bedroom/office. I am very pleased.
