I bought this to replace a much more expensive (and more comfortable) chair which needed to be replaced after 9 years because the "bonded" leather surface started to peel off. Most inexpensive leather chairs use a bonded leather surface. This new chair does as well but for the price I can live with replacing it in 7 - 10 years if necessary. There isn't much padding in the seat but there is some lumbar support for your back. The stitching is fair quality at best so only time will tell. The assembly is easy and straightforward. I would recommend this only as an occasional office chair given a price below $100 paid. You will need to spend more money for all day comfort.

Went in to have some color copies made. Young woman working in that department was very very helpful. She explained everything I needed. And she made sure that I got the best deal. While we were talking my housemate walked back to the office furniture. She thought she had picked the chair she wanted so the same young woman went to the back moved several big & heavy boxes around to locate and load that chair. My friend picked a different chair while the employee was working in the back. So the manager walked up to help us all. He took the heavy box back. While we ran an errand near the store’s closing the manager put the chair together. We just pulled up front & he loaded it in the back of our Jeep. An overall awesome experience!
