The chair is of good quality and was very easy to assemble. Only complaint is that the wheels seem to be wearing my wood floor more noticeably/heavily than my old chair. I would recommend getting a floor protector/mat if buying this chair.

Not as comfortable as the one it's replacing. The seat is a bit hard. A seat pad has fixed the problem. Also I wished this chair had an adjustment for the seatback.
