Easy to assemble very clear parts marking and assembly instructions. Feels very sturdy looks great and cats have not been attracted to it (downfall of beloved previous fabric upholstered chair).

We loved our previous Staple desk chair and purchased this to replace it when it finally wore out. We were really surprised at how sturdy the chair is! The roller unit is very strong and the base of the hydraulic is actually made out of metal which was unexpected at this price point. My only complaint is that I wish the back was just a little bit higher but that is probably just personal preference. I am 5'4" and my husband is 5'10" and we both find the chair very comfortable.

I believe the arms should be more stiffer everything else seems good.
