It was a gift for hubby. He'd lost weight and it has cushion in all the right places. He's 5'10' and could raise the height to just the right spot and he sits quite vertical and it locks to that position for him (it's adjustable) When the instructions said "Easy Instructions" I was QUITE skeptical! However they were precise in their pictures how the parts were packaged color coded no less! And things would only fit on the one way they should have just in case you messed up! (we almost did that once with the arms!) The bottom line is HE Loves it which makes me very happy!
