It was definitely a lot stiffer than I was hoping for. I am hoping that it will "break down" a little with use though for comfort. Other than that the chair is very nice and well built. Great value and would recommend this to others.

This was a Christmas gift for my husband and he loves it! He's a shorter man and he said that the shorter length of the seat is nice so that he can better benefit from the chair's back support. He says it is VERY comfortable and keeps thanking me for it over and over.
