Needed to change out my chair at work. Assembled without a hitch. All holes lined up and all parts were neatly packed. Parts were easily identified. Comfy and works well. Would definitely recommend.

The chair is pretty comfortable and has a clean lines handsome and modern look. It does lack some of the adjustable components of higher priced chairs but you get what you pay for. It is not intended to be a life time investment; I have seen too many similar chairs where reasonable heavy use has resulted in deterioration of the faux leather. That said I expect to get my "money's worth." :)
