The chair is nicely padded at the neck and knee rolls easily on a rug but most impressive is the way the parts are packaged to put the chair together: well labeled and holes drilled in such a spacing that it can only go together correctly.

The chair is pretty comfortable and has a clean lines handsome and modern look. It does lack some of the adjustable components of higher priced chairs but you get what you pay for. It is not intended to be a life time investment; I have seen too many similar chairs where reasonable heavy use has resulted in deterioration of the faux leather. That said I expect to get my "money's worth." :)
