bought this for my wife who works from home. we went to the store and she tried it out and really liked it. they had some various different ones assembled and ready to go. however they also had a charge for assembly and protection included in the pricing. i do not want or need the protection but they would not remove that from the price even though they absolutely could have! so we bought one and asked for it to be assembled without the protection fee included! should not have to do that if you have them already assembled and ready to go! my only issue was that i had to make an extra trip to pick it up because of management's stupidity! what happened to the customer is right?

Set up was reasonable. The only problem I had is that the seat base cants forward a bit leaving me feeling like I was slowly sliding out of the chair. My solution - remove the 2 front mount screws and add a 3/8" spacer nut under each. The added bonus is that the seat back now tips a bit further back which I like.

Worst Chair I have purchased from an office supply

Chair Faux leather started to wear out after only 2 years. The arm pulled out of the side (not the screw but the fastening mechanism inside). I have chairs that are 10 years old that have no significant problems. This chair is the worst - don't buy it.

Very soft comfy chair. Loved how easy it was to assemble: They gave a long plastic strip with different sections sealed instead of several loose bags of screws and each one was not only labeled as the part but for what step it was used for! We bought this chair for our office at work and so far it's been amazing. We have a concrete floor and the instructions recommended different caster wheels for a hard floor as the ones it comes with are meant for carpet.
