Great lumbar support easy to assemble and no more sore back or shoulders. This was a great investment especially since it had a great sale price. It looks great and is not too large either.

Back is comming loose but more upsetting is that all cushion is flat there is now a hard chunk shoving into my lower back. The discomfort is so much that i cannot sit in the chair for more then 45 minutes at a time w/o strong ache in lower back and tailbone. DO NOT purchase if you believe this chair will last. I got under a month from it and am extremely upset
