Back is comming loose but more upsetting is that all cushion is flat there is now a hard chunk shoving into my lower back. The discomfort is so much that i cannot sit in the chair for more then 45 minutes at a time w/o strong ache in lower back and tailbone. DO NOT purchase if you believe this chair will last. I got under a month from it and am extremely upset

This chair is comfortable. It assembled easy enough. Instructions were pretty easy to understand. All parts were there including a tool with a real handle for tightening the socket head screws. Also a great looking chair and rolls very smoothly across the floor. I use a plastic floor saver. Very happy with the quality.

This is a very comfortable chair and a perfect fit for a woman or a short person. The set up instructions were easy to understand but it took a bit of finagling to get the back of the chair attached to the bottom base. There are only 4 screws holding the back of chair to arm rests / base and trying to fit them into the holes and securing was difficult. You need 2 people for this part.
