I am improvising my own home office and was having terrible neck and back pain with the chair I had been using. It's quite scary to order a chair online without trying to sit in it first but I can vouch that this chair is SO comfortable and I no longer have neck or back pain! It's a great mix between soft and comfy but also supportive. I love it!
