The chair is comfortable. It has a high back which supports the neck when leaned back. The cushions and the arm supports are soft which provides additional comfort. The only down side to faux leather chairs are that they tend to tear after some time (usually around 2 years).

I paid for assembly due to my disability so paid more than I wanted to. The chair is nice but after sitting only 15 minutes in it my tailbone and rump started to hurt. After 45 minutes I had to get up because it really hurt. I will have to buy a seat cushion for it but the size is perfect for me. It is a sturdy chair too bad the seat isn't cushioned well.
