I’m working remotely and the chair I was using was not comfortable. It was time to purchase a new chair. I went online picked my chair and then went to the store for same day curbside pickup. Assembling was so easy. I now can work more comfortably. It was so easy shopping especially during this time in our society. Big shoutout to the Fremont Ohio store for their professionalism and being courtesy during a pandemic. Great choice of chair very affordable. I recommend this chair.

I am very please with my chair. I am very dissapointed in the service I received in the store in Rochester NY. The girl that took care of me had an attitude about taking care of me. Since this style chair wasn't in stock anymore she offer the floor model. I asked her to see if they can give me a discount since it was used or try by everyone that came in the store. Her replied was not nice and said no. If this is how you take care of other customers you can lose customers in the future.qp

This is a decent chair for the price. Ordered online and picked up a few hours later. Assembly was easy and took me about 15 - 20 min. One issue however minor that I have (restricting a 5-Star rating) is sometimes when I sit in the chair the height level goes all the way down so I have to raise it back up again. It's not that big of a deal but just a small annoyance. Another minor issue is the seat tends to lean more to the back than to the front. For someone who likes to sit up straight this is more of a relaxed sitting position. But i did not spend the extra $$ to get a chair with a seat-tilt function. All in all I would recommend.

bought this chair for quarantine so much better then the chair i was using. it does start to hurt my butt after a few hours though so i added a cushion and that helps. for the money though cant beat it.
