I previously had this same chair. And I would not normally order a chair on line but thought this was a safe bet. WRONG. The 1st chair was very comfortable from the 1st time I sat in it. This one is much less confortable and rather I would say "too firm". Teaches me not to order on line for item such as this.

I love this chair it is a lot more comfortable than my previous chair and helps me keep from leaning back so much. I have also noticed that my does not hurt as much as usual. Highly recommend this chair.

Well worth it!! This is a high quality office chair at a great price! I would have preferred to get it in Brown but the brown was a much higher cost - so I went with black and it is working out just fine (I can't see it when I am sitting in it anyway!) Anyway highly recommend! We had this shipped and it arrived quickly and was very easy to put together!

It doesn't have the upper back support I thought it had which is really bad for long periods of time. I have to lean back or lay in the chair to stop some of the upper back and shoulder pain. I wish it had more adjustment options like a lean forward if it was able to lean forward I would give it a 5* and it would solve so many problems. I would give it a 3* but the customer service was amazing so a 4 will suffice. :)
