This is the second Kelburne chair I have purchased. They have been very easy to assemble no tools required beyond the hex wrench provided. The assembly instructions were very clear. The most important thing is that the chair is comfortable! It reclines easily with a slight adjustment and the height adjustment operates smoothly. Highly recommend.

The new Staples Kelburne Luxura Faux Leather Computer and Desk Chair ( Black) that I just purchased is firmly built. Yes a very high quality product. In fact I bought it as a gift to my wife after enjoying the one I bought in 2018. However my wife preferred my "old" chair of the same make. According to her my chair is "softer" and more relaxing that the new firm Kelburne Leather chair. I agree intoto with her since we switched the chairs and she is now using my "old" chair while I am using the new one. My simple honest suggestion is for the makers to add more cushion to the base of the chair and a pad on the arm rest..since the tear on the arm rest on my 2018 model is gradually showing up (transparent).

Bought a Kelburne Faux Leather chair from Staples same price Dec 2018 (now discontinued) & this was recommended as a substitute for an addl chair. Original chair was lots more cushy & comfortable & due to Covid I couldn't try this one before I bought it. Not really happy with the new chair but I've already assembled it & can't get transportation to return it. Would not recommend this product. Also some of the folks I dealt with at the 800# had such thick accents I couldn't understand them & they refused to transfer me to someone who spoke more clearly. A very unpleasant experience.
