It made a squeaky farty noise every time I sat down. Very professional. Then I exchanged it for a different chair. That one could not be put together due to poor machining of the screw slots. So I returned that too and I'm done trying to get a chair here. Staples should be letting the manufacturers know about the poor quality products and stop carrying them.
