The salesman was efficient. The product arrived the next day in good shape. The chair is very comfortable. It has been a pleasant experience shopping at Staple.

I purchased 8 of these chairs for my first office and I'm very pleased with them... so much so that I bought 14 more for my second office. Takes less than 10 minutes to assemble including breaking down the box and the chair has been very durable and easy to clean (especially important during C-19).
