Comfortable - seems like decent quality for the price. Tilt function is a bit stiff.

Can't even build it

All the holes for the screws are too short so nothing locks in tight and you have a shoddy loose mess. Absolute waste of money.

It's an improvement over my old chair in that it sits straight up. It's hard and not very comfortable but it sits pretty much straight up which is good for my posture but still not very comfortable!

I ordered two of these chairs. Quality is different for both. One is soft and easy for backward lean while second one is hard and tough for backward lean. Not happy customer.

This chair sucks in almost every way. Staples chairs aren't what they used to be.
