All the holes for the screws are too short so nothing locks in tight and you have a shoddy loose mess. Absolute waste of money.

It's an improvement over my old chair in that it sits straight up. It's hard and not very comfortable but it sits pretty much straight up which is good for my posture but still not very comfortable!
