Had a previous Staples Kelburne chair that wore out from use and the back came loose. I remembered the Warranty and after several calls routing me to different places I finally got ahold of the correct Customer Service rep who replaced the chair without question and it was delivered to us the following day. So this would be five stars because of the great customer service after some persistence but the first chair did wear out so stuck with four stars overall. The replacement is great!
