I like the straight/posture of the chair. adjustable arms would be very helpful. raising the seat does not work as well for shorter people.

Very nice chair attractive seems sturdy. When it was delivered the box had broken open on both ends- it had a few pieces of tape holding it together but thankfully nothing was missing. It shipped in its own box that had staples At the flaps & seam and no tape on it . The shipping company added their own tape to try to keep it together.
