It turns out this is the second identical chair I've bought in about three years; and I did so because the first one armrest began to lose it faux "leatherette" cover. Hopefully this will last a little longer than the first one.

I order the chair based on the floor model which fit my height perfectly and tilted back easily....I had Staples put it together....I found when I got home I couldn't adjusted the chair low enough so that my feet didn't dangle and it was very stiff when I tilted it back (I did fully loosen the tension). I was able to take it back and trade it with the floor model....So now I'm please with it....I'm a little concern regarding the wear and tear based on some of the reviews - I'm glad I got the protection plan on it.

I love my chair! It is ver comfortable and stylish. Looks great in my office. I love the features of being able to adjust the seat comfort height and rocking feature. I would like to thank Doug the sales person for helping me pick out this chair. He showed and explained all the features of it. He was very knowledgeable and compared this chair with others.He called me at home to tell me when it was built Saturday morning and ready for pick up. I just moved from Central Florida the Villages 6 months ago and shopped at your Staples Store there. But now that I am living in Bradenton I am happy to be using your store here. Thanks again.
