It’s ok ... But has some flaws

Bought this chair from Staples on look it is very good. After couple of usage you will notice the seat cushion is not firm and you will feel the rod below. Also the back is not high to your head level ... if I want to rest my head then I scooch little down ... I am 5 ft and 10 ... overall ok for the usage but if you need better seat cushion and headrest for more comfortable .. browse for something higher.

This is my second purchase of this type chair. It is very comfortable and supports my back tremendously. However last year I purchased the chair inside the store. With this purchase I was forced to go online. I'm not an online shopper so I prefer buying in the store. Would recommend this chair to friends & family which I already have.
