It is properly assembled but the screw holes must be off from the design by a little? I don’t want to have to return and reassemble another one but the value is not as good due to this.

Very happy with it. The assembly took some trial and error as the instructions are sketchy. The arms are easy to install wrongly and the short bolts require some effort to install in the deep bushings. The backrest does not fit easily once the arms are tightened - do not tighten the arm bolts until the backrest is in. But after 30' or so of work the finished product is quite satisfactory.
