The price and quality are great. The instructions regarding how to attach back and seat could have been better. I discovered how to do it after failing to achieve results with the instructions. Two steps are out of order in the instructions.
The perfect compliment to my office redo. Well built and fairly easy to assemble as long you don't get the right and left arms mixed up. The included Allen wrench is all you need. No power drill or screwdriver is required. Illustrated instructions are easy to follow. Hardware is of good quality and is packaged according to each step of the assembly process. There is a YouTube video of a guy assembling this chair in about 20 minutes. Gave me the confidence to tackle it. Would have given it 5-stars but lumbar support is virtually non-existent. Otherwise I'm stoked. Will be sad to see my 30-year-old Canadian made real leather chair go to the curb. But its arms broke off long ago and it just got tired of me and my 230 pounds :-)
