Really like the chair- like the color- very comfortable. Assembly very easy- i'm 70- went together in about 15 minutes- 3 or 4 step process screws packaged individually for each step- clear as can be. The asterisk is for durability-seems well made only time will tell. Don't normally write reviews but buying a chair online a challenging process- trying to help other shoppers.

As the chair is still new I cannot give it a true review of the test of time but I will say that for the price it seems to be all that I was looking for in a replacement office chair. I like the height adjustment and the seat is very comfortable as is the back when I lean back into it. Assembly was easy enough although when I turned my back my husband took over and finished it so I can't speak for the entire assembly! I do like the look of it. I am happy with the five wheeled spindles on the bottom as it gives great stability. My big concern that will be proven or disproven over time is whether the faux leather will peel and separate as has happened in previous faux leather chairs. I have two chairs in my office which I use every day for 12-14 hours a day. I recovered the seat on my previous chair and now will need to recover the back. I am hoping that this will not be the case on this new chair. At this point in time I give the chair 4-1/2 stars.

The chair looks good and fit perfectly with my desk and the other furniture in my home office space. Perfect height for me. The reason for my four stars is that the seat is not as soft as I thought and would like it to be. Nevertheless overall it is a great chair.

The seat is level. Many others tilt downward at the front. Easy assembly allen wrench is supplied. All parts clearly marked. Clear instructions. If I needed another one I get this exact one.

When we brought the chair home it was too big. We rearranged the furniture and space and eliminated any need for a new chair. Also we found a lot of new space and disposed of old chair. SERVICE When we bought the chair and when we brought it back we received excellent help which we would rate five ⭐️🏵🥇🏅🏆. We return to your store often for buying and come back again and again. Thank You ABE We
