I purchase its quite impressive in the picture - but after using it 24 hrs I switch back to my previous chair. Also finishing is not that great as it supposes to be - Threads are coming out from hand rest. Thinking to return it.

We ordered this chair for our dad for his birthday. I ended up getting charged nine times for this chair. No not twice. Nine times! Since I used my bank information the money came out of my account while these 9 charges were pending. I was unable to access MY money during this time. I called and spoke with several representatives while these charges were pending. They were unable to cancel it for almost a week. The only thing staples offered to do was give me a five dollar credit towards my next purchase with them. Even though my dad loved the chair it was not worth the stress. I will not be shopping through Staples again.

This chair was pretty much what I expected and wanted. A good solid easy to put together basic desk chair. Cushions are a little hard but I’m sure they will soften up with use.

Chair has a lumber bar that can be adjusted making it hard to sit different ways. Chair arms don't move.

The seat is level. Many others tilt downward at the front. Easy assembly allen wrench is supplied. All parts clearly marked. Clear instructions. If I needed another one I get this exact one.
